BPPA Competition

Last night was Bay Professional Photographer's Association's First Judged competition of the year.  The judged competitions are the big ones folks.  Three judges shred apart your work, um, I mean carefully critique your images.

 

Anyway,  I received 4 Merit Awards and Derica received 3, these are scores of 80 or above, the "Holy Grail" of Print Competition.   Derica also placed third in the Unclassified Category.  I placed second in the Portrait Category, and placed First and Second in the Social Function Category.

 

All in all, it was a good competition, and we did quite well.  Looking forward to TAPPA tonight!
